Massage Addict has been advertising "custom orthotics" for months so I dropped in to speak to someone. However, I was told that THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE THERE THAT DOES ORTHOTICS AND DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL. People who need orthotics generally have trouble getting around so making them come into your store unnecessarily like that is almost cruel. Hire someone or remove that service listing from your window (and any other advertising) ASAP.
The attendant was very skilled, professional and knowledgeable. And the problem I came in with got fixed. Couldn't ask for better.
The receptionist was warm, kind, and incredibly accommodating. My massage therapist Katie is exceptional — consistently providing a wonderful experience.
Seen Katie today - she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. She also gave me some great recommendations of things to implement into my daily routine to help ease the pressure and pain I am having. I will certainly be back in to see her for another massage!
A modern and comfortable atmosphere, and a great, thorough massage by Emily. A great experience as always!
