Last night I booked a massage appointment. I filled out the patient history form. I received a call an hour before my appointment and was told they would not see me until I got a doctor’s note. I was not impressed.
Cold room, bad massage.
long time customer will be looking for other place to take my business, I booked in on two different occasions for a short notice massage and was double booked and turned away , i talked to the manger about this and was told i must have done something wrong, she took no responsibility for any of the systems problems that they are using and said i should have checked my email was her only response to me.
Was very happy with the cupping / massage . I will be back forsure
