The past FIVE times I’ve booked a massage it always gets cancelled the morning on the day of - I’ve tried different RMTs, different days of the week, different reasons. Still always gets cancelled. This used to be my go-to spot, but it’s been very disappointing this year.
The reflexologist that worked on my hands was so friendly and went above and beyond to make my first reflexology appointment a wonderful experience.
