My treatment was absolutely fantastic. My therapist worked to relieve my tinnitus. It has helped a lot, and I am looking forward to my next visit!
I can write a lot but it’s a waste of my time. Zero star is not an option which is too bad.
You can’t rely on an appointment — they cancel it 15 minutes before and I was already on my way.
The past FIVE times I’ve booked a massage it always gets cancelled the morning on the day of - I’ve tried different RMTs, different days of the week, different reasons. Still always gets cancelled. This used to be my go-to spot, but it’s been very disappointing this year.
