It’s been a month that I’ve been trying to confirm if they received my PCP referral, and unfortunately they haven’t been able to answer what’s happening. My PCP is from their network. They sent the referral through the system, and after weeks of not getting response they also sent a fax. At this point are very confused and frustrated with the lack of clarity.

I was a patient in this program from February 2023 through early 2025. I entered as a minor (17) and was seeking gastric bypass surgery for medical reasons Over two years, my care was repeatedly delayed due to rigid policies, poor communication, and what I now believe was an inaccurate sleep apnea diagnosis. They offer premier weight management and surgical services. For most part the staff is professional and knowledgeable. My only negative those far has been with Kayla Northam, DNP, FNP-C. In my first appointment I spent less than five minutes with her. And on my second appointment she canceld while I was in the zoom waiting room for more than 45 minutes. The staff said she was in lunch and I didn't need to see her. She's very disrespectful and I will not be seeing her again.

Doctor and front desk were very positive experience. All questions answered. Felt extremely confident in program. Always available when I had questions.
