I just called this number on 3/31/26. The call ended at 8:52 am. I was on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 10 minutes. The man who spoke to me, ( this is the second time I've been spoken to rudely in the past 10 years), was extremely rude. He spoke over me, was condescending, and basically abusive. I told him I have no called this office or dealt with my licenses in over ten years. Do you see why? I just called to get some basic information and the male operator who I ended up on the phone with had such an attitude and was talking to me like I was an idiot. I had to repeat myself because he wasn't listening to me and I let him know I didn't know why he was giving me an attitude and I hung up. Didn't get anywhere with that phone call.
