Horrible service. They don't answer their phones or respond to emails. Not a surprise as it is Massachusetts.
The guy who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. Definitely should be his last day
I don’t see the purpose of mcas like seriously it does nothing it takes time away from learning
I just called this number on 3/31/26. The call ended at 8:52 am. I was on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 10 minutes. The man who spoke to me, ( this is the second time I've been spoken to rudely in the past 10 years), was extremely rude. He spoke over me, was condescending, and basically abusive. I told him I have no called this office or dealt with my licenses in over ten years. Do you see why? People are leaving teaching because teachers are treated and spoken to in continued deplorable manners. This needs to stop... read more
