I can't recommend Katie Mironidis at Massachusetts Business Associates, Inc. highly enough. She was absolutely amazing to work with. After another tax preparer left me in a very difficult situation, Katie stepped in, quickly understood the issues, and helped me get everything back on track with professionalism and expertise. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and gave me confidence every step of the way. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to... read more
I had a situation and I was at a loss. I called and spoke to a wonderful woman named Katie. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them.
Very fast!
My daughter and her husband have been using Katie to prepare their taxes for a couple of years now and have raved about her. My husband and I decided to try her as well this year. We couldn’t be happier!! The process was quick and easy. The app she provided to upload all of our documents was so easy. Our entire experience was GREAT. Thank you Katie.
Service is detailed, thorough and expedient. Would recommend to anyone if you want someone who has your best interest at heart
