7:10am on Monday, December 15th, 2025 and the lights ain't on. Website says open at 7:00am, nothing posted on the door to say otherwise... not a good business plan. I really liked coming here but no longer.

Hands down the worst and rudest customer service in Hamilton every time I've had the displeasure of interacting with the front desk employees over the years. Never spending my $ there again. Do yourselves a favor and go to Don's.
Rudest people. If you’re not a contractor they treat you like garbage. Every time I go in there I am treated terribly and not worth their time.
