Rudest people. If you’re not a contractor they treat you like garbage. Every time I go in there I am treated terribly and not worth their time.
I would like to thank Wayne and Diane at Massa with getting supplies to redo my deck. They were very helpful. As a person with a speak impediment(stutter) it was nice for people to actual listen and not jump in. This made the trip relaxing for something I don’t have experience in. Thank you being good humans.
Lady ordered a windiw frame instead of the windiw we ordered :/
AVOID! Son was visiting family from college and was attempting to purchase items for a project around the house. Staff wanted him to turn out his pockets and consent to a search while he was buying his items. Son correctly refused and asked the staff to contact law enforcement. They refused. Wildly unprofessional and invasive treatment. No "home town" attitude or values.
Guy acted like he could not wait for me to get out of the store. So I will not be back enjoy that bill I just spent it is the last one of mine you will see. This valley is going to hell in a handbasket. Guess I have to go to Missoula to buy anything now.
