I had a 90 minute hot stone massage with Ana and I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend her or Massa enough!
Highly disorganized. My husband and I made an appointment in advance for half day spa day for our honeymoon. We were both really looking forward to it. Before we left to head to the appointment we got a phone call asking why we were not there. On our way my husband listened to his voicemails again and the most recent one stated clearly what our time was - and it was not lining up with the front desk when we arrived. Owner called me 2 hours before my facial and cancelled. I had this booked for weeks, did she not check her calendar until today? She said "I never work on Tuesdays" and refunded my service. I would have appreciated a heads up days/weeks before. I centered and planned my entire day around this 3pm facial that her website allowed me to book on a Tuesday.
My wife and I came here for the half day spa package and it did not disappoint! The staff were super nice and made us feel special. The services were great and it was affordable! The best spa experience we have had! We will be coming again!
