nice clear day. waited over 60 minutes for a bus that runs every 15. no bench to sit ain't it nice
I appreciate Mr. John's assistance on the Yellow Line Bus #16036. Not only did he assisted me with transferring to another line by literally walking me to the spot. The website information was not current. John earned the 5 stars for his driving experience and customer service.....NOT MTA because of it's lack of communication.
MTA agent towed a women’s vehicle because the MVA screwed up the paperwork and left the family on the side of a dangerous road near BWI. Deplorable.
Good Morning, I want to inform you about buses because people with strollers, shopping carts, walkers are having a hard time getting on and off the buses, they made not pull close to the curb and made fall and you will have a sue case, myself is tied of seeing the struggle. I travel with a walker and I catch the bus I almost had a fall several times, all I was asking will you please let down the wheel chair lift for us too and avoid accidents getting off the bus for senior and well as other with wheels.
