This organization’s Belchertown practice was fine for routine care. But the moment my partner needed basic, quality treatment for a newly diagnosed condition, they failed completely. Their failure led to him having a severe, life-altering medical event. The manager, Amy, is the most unethical and unprofessional person we have ever encountered in medicine. Partners Healthcare, Somerville does not shovel its sidewalks. This is incredibly irresponsible and endangering to the pedestrians and patients who walk across the hospital and towards Assembly row. It is three days after everyone else has cleared their sidewalks. This level of irresponsibility makes you a terrible neighbor with no excuses.
They unloaded for a very long time after unloading I waited an hour for paperwork I do not recommend drivers to come here
Avoid! A Physician Assistant at the BWH ER on Francis Street was making all medical decisions to order and interpret an MRI, 2 CT, X-rays on the same day same patient in the ER. Her office is called Partners at 399 Revolution Dr. Except that nonprofit company became “Mass General Brigham Home Care” in 2000 ( reviewed under MA Corporations). The PA appeared to have no experience, administered wrong medicines and wrong tests, and didn’t tell patient she was a PA, not a doctor.
