My mom visited the ER today for a suspected toe fracture. She mentioned that overall the care was wonderful, except for her interaction with a staff member on the orthopedic team. My mom doesn't speak English and relied on a video interpreter. Unfortunately, she didn't catch the staff member's name, but describes her as a young Black woman in her late 20s or mid-30s.
