staff on the emergency psychiatric unit are very abusive of their power and misleading. laughed at my mom for communicating through google translate as she doesn’t speak english fluently. everything you say will be misconstrued and if you can avoid coming here, please do so. nurse sasha laughed in my face several times and was dismissive of my situation. also lied about contacting my emergency contact. very shameful situation on their part.

This organization’s Belchertown practice was fine for routine care. But the moment my partner needed basic, quality treatment for a newly diagnosed condition, they failed completely. Their failure led to him having a severe, life-altering medical event. The manager, Amy, is the most unethical and unprofessional person we have ever encountered in medicine. Partners Healthcare, Somerville does not shovel its sidewalks. This is incredibly irresponsible and endangering to the pedestrians and patients who walk across the hospital and towards Assembly row. It is three days after everyone else has cleared their sidewalks. This level of irresponsibility makes you a terrible neighbor with no excuses.
