All staff, doctors, nurses, clerks, everyone, all were very helpful. Traffic was the only negative , but that’s The city.

The valet staff have always been very kind and surprisingly fast. Just be aware that they fill up at a certain time of day — maybe during the typical discharge time, whenever that is? — so do have a backup plan, allowing extra time to park just in case. Their tiny lot just off of Storrow drive usually has a few spots left during that time. Otherwise you might wind up needing to park in MGH lots without validation. ($$)

Sad that my valet parking wasn't what they were offering. Came back after taking my handicapped relative and had t leave them unchaperoned to retrieve my car which has a handicap sign on the mirror in the P2 section of the underground garage.
