I have used Mass Bay Movers multiple times and have always had a great experience! Junior, Henry, Carlos were incredibly nice and hardworking - getting the job done efficiently.
We had an across town move on December 19, our first move in over 25 years. Mass Bay Movers were very responsive in providing a quote and the four movers were helpful, careful and extremely efficient. Everyone at Mass Bay Movers was great to work with and made the moving process easier. Dan helped me adjust my estimate and inventory list several times before the day of the move. Ivan and the other guys on the crew who moved us took great care of our stuff and left us with furniture pads under everything, making it so much easier to adjust our living space as we got settled and avoid scuffing the hardwood floors. The service from this company was excellent. Moving is not easy and there are lots of variables and these guys were prepared for everything. I was able to get 3 different quotes for 3 different scenarios. The pricing was very reasonable. My belongings were cared for. Questions were asked consistently throughout the move to ensure things went where they belonged. They went above and beyond with extras. I couldn't be happier.
