They’re just not very friendly or helpful at all.
Got two car loans through Mass Bay a couple of years ago. Super easy process and paying them through your checking account is automatic with no fuss. We never deal with any fees and feel taken care of. I will never go back to big banks.
Terrible called for some information and this dude answers phone with a frustrated and smart ass tone wouldn't do business here at all.
Applying for a loan here was a very bad experience. It took a full month for the loan to be processed no one seems to be in a hurry to help. This represents hours on the phone, just to be told to call back tomorrow and nothing to have been done. It was very frustrating Also some of the employees actively ignore you. I called for an update on the loan because the clerk said to call back but when i did i would get no answer. Then i called on my friends number and they picked up first time.
