I came to open an account, Just to open the account online while waiting in line to open an account since being serviced takes too long. I understand employees are suppose to build relationships with customers. But you lose potential customer business chatting for too long. I had a bank check to deposit. Terrible experience dealing with loan processor Emmanuel Beattie. They essentially ran my credit and made it seem like they would help me and asked for so many documents for them to just decline it with no notification that it was being declined and no explanation from Mr. Beattie. I would not give these people your personal information as who knows what they are doing with it and the reviews here speak for themselves! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION
1/5 -- the customer service is poor and not proactive but rather reactive. I had spoken to a customer service rep named Robin and she had said she'd look into it and follow up with me. After waiting for nearly a month for a follow-up I called back regarding my open ticket. This time I had spoken to Nancy.
