Masonville Manor is a very welcoming and warm environment. So much so that my Father is feeling excited to move there by the end of the month from another retirement home he is currently in ( I'll be nice and discreet and not mention who that place is , but it's not far away from Masonville Manor ). They invited both my Dad and I for dinner and it was excellent ( and I'm a picky eater ). So check this place out.
The wage you offer employees for serving and cleaning is $15.50/hr Bonus; "free or discounted food" Are you kidding me? thats a slap in the face! Likely a mention since you don't pay a living wage. Scary how you can be so cheap.
Its a business...they don't care bout your loved ones only making money...President/ CEO used to run Canadian Tire ....it's just a numbers game to them...they're out to make money for themselves and share holders...nothin else....think the boss would have experience with the elderly not just tires .I feel for everyone living in thier homes
