I purchased 2 recliners from Mason's online through the shopify app and there was a mistake in the inventory and they only had 1 of the recliners available. Derek was awesome with finding a solution and he gave me a great deal on a different recliner.
We met Deb at the store and she was super helpful from the private design consultation to finally our purchase. Thank You !
A lovely Canadian-focused store with beautiful furniture (and jellycats)! We worked with Derek to pick out a perfect piece for our space and we couldn’t be more happy with the couch itself or the customer service we experienced. We will absolutely make sure we check out Mason’s first for any furniture shopping in the future!
Mason’s has the best selection of Jelly Cat stuffies!!! It's wonderful to see a family-owned and operated business still going strong. Thank you for participating in the Cloverdale Monopoly. My Aunt loved her first visit to your store and enjoyed exploring it.
Great experience shopping at Mason's. Found a great sofa, picked the color and the two throw cushions. Really good quality. Very personable owner who was a pleasure to deal with. Best of all we got the sofa in less time than we expected. BTW the delivery was the best with setting up a 2 hour window and then calling a half hour before coming. Very considerate delivery guys. Just a pleasure all around. Highly recommend them.
