Terrible, appalling, overpriced, lacklustre service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Had four (4) split systems serviced by Mason’s Air Conditioning. After paying exorbitant pricing, within a couple of weeks, we were having issues again. Countless phone calls, voicemails, text messages never returned. Contacted another local A/C company. Found that Mason’s had NOT done what I’d been charged for, as filters of A/C’s were 95% blocked, ‘causing our issues. Comms was quick and direct/ no fuss. Error on existing aircon, suggested rather than replace circuit board cost difference and warranty better served for installing new. Would come back to Mason's again in the future.
Daymon and crew reinstalled the vents for our under floor heating system after a renovation. Very professional service.
We experienced poor communication and an officious service by Masons as we attempted to work through the complexity of warranties, dispute processes and to speak with Toshiba. Confusing time for us and Masons could have worked worked with us better.
Daymon came to my home via the real estate agent after another company had a look, went away and didn't come back. Daymon was professional, friendly and very accommodating. Did a great job. Went out of his way to get my air con fixed as soon as he could. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
