I do not review places, however, as beautiful as this facility is - please take a look at some of your staff. My grandmother has complained to me on multiple occasions about a woman named either Susan or Suzanne who works as a server. Why hire miserable people to work with the elderly and seem to take joy in being miserable to residents?!
This facility has a Management who support their staff to verbally attack people. Management is dishonest and careless towards staff who come to help them when they are dealing with staff shortage and they do not care to properly train their staff before they seek outside help for their staffing shortage. Masonicare in Mystic was such a blessing for my mother and our family. We always felt they cared and that she was safe and in good hands. The staff was always kind to her and very patient. They went above and beyond in so many ways. I am so grateful for the folks at Masonicare.
