I called Katherine's office 4 times over the coarse of 3 weeks and never received a call back. I left messages with her receptionist as well as on an answering service. So unprofessional--I would NEVER hire someone who couldn't be bothered to return a call even to say that they are not accepting new clients. Her give a shit about people is nonexistent. I would give her a zero rating if I was able to.
