It would be REALLY great if your bus drivers showed up on the TIME given. STOP SHOWING UP AT RANDOM TIMES! If the driver is early it throws off not only us but any other family that sends their kids to the bus stop when their supposed to. When I call and you gaslight me telling me it is a different time when I have the paper with the actual time on it is very unprofessional. GET your drivers under control. This is getting old. Greatful for every single one of our drivers!
Tried calling to figure out why the only communication when a school bus route is canceled is Facebook, because that's a useless and unprofessional way to communicate...but their office is closed during business hours for some reason. Also useless and unprofessional
