Very great place to be. Everyone is very wonderful and Polite. I do private care for a resident here and love the way they treat him. Also love how Patty brings so much positive energy. She will turn your day around if your having a bad day
Best assisted living facility in Cincy! I love all the people who provide care for my mom. Everyone speaks to me when I walk thru the front door. It's a newer facility and reminded my mom of home. I can't say enough good things about this home! Check it out!
We moved my MIL into their memory care a couple years ago, and aside from a few management and staff turnovers, things were going well enough. Things came to a head November 26, 2024 when my MIL was admitted to the hospital after falling out of bed. In the hospital she was diagnosed with cellulitis in her left leg, she had a severe UTI, and yeast growing... in places. The hospital staff were also extremely concerned with how weak she was. The facility is emmaculant. There is above and beyond attention to detail. Gorgeous rooms and living space. The best part of Mason Assisted Living is the staff. Holly was exceptional and Precious is a rock star. ( She is kind, knowledgable, patient and sincere). Great job, Mason Assisted Living.
