I was referred to Mason's Accounting by my grandparents. I had a simple tax return that took much longer than she said it would take to submit. Then after the submission there was an error. She stated it wasn't an error she had made and I had to send extra paperwork off (paid for the shipping myself) to fix the issue. Now 3+ months later it's still not resolved.
