I spoke with Brandon today regarding a civil court case, of which the judge has allowed to proceed, pro se and in explaining the different aspects of my case; (blocked from returning from an LOA, ADA) and differential treatment, w_me and my coworkers, at one point he says "you're repeating yourself." I wasn't but , I stopped myself and informed him that I no longer wished to engage w/his toxic, apathetic, verging on arrogant attorney presentation. Beyond unprofessional. I have call recordings I’ll be submitting to the Texas BAR and I pray this man gets enough complaints he loses rights to be a lawyer in the state of Texas. The way him and his staff speak to people is straight up disgusting. Disrespectful. Doesn’t know how to be a nice human. Also keeps legal information from you for up to 2 weeks meanwhile the court can’t tell you anything because they have to speak to you through the lawyer that REFUSED to send me the paper work!! 0 stars if I could.
