i wired money from the US in January. they didn’t deposit to the recipient claiming they don’t understand the purpose code nor did they honor my recall request made through J.p. morgan bank to return the funds. when i contacted them directly through their customer support via request# REF-26030803-V2W9G8 , they immediately closed the request as resolved indicating they don’t discuss account details over customer support emails. what do i need to do to get my money back? raise it with their CEO on twitter and include the SWIf... read more
I was raised the complaint since September 2022 to close my account but still you guys not closed and charging me for low maintenance fee which is masreq customer service mistake I'm not in Uae, since September 2022, but mashreq have bad and poor customer service
I wire money from my bank in USA and they don’t release it or send it back to sender, I send it July 5 2024 and they don’t have answer. This bank put hold on it Today is August 9 2024. Is more than 1 month .
