Called and spoke to a nasty girl who didn’t want to help me with anything
I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I reached out earlier this week and left a detailed message regarding an employment matter, but never received a callback. When I followed up, I was told the attorney was “not interested,” despite the fact that no one had actually gathered any information about my case. There was no intake, no attempt to understand the situation, and no professionalism in the response. At a minimum, I would expect basic courtesy and communication. I can’t thank Steve, Mackenzie and Tina enough for all they did for me!! They were so caring and professional every time they met with me and I really appreciated how Steve would always look out for what was best for me which needless to say I was very satisfied with the outcome!
