I had an account at this branch for what would have been 6 years in December of this year, the staff there was normally friendly and you just learn to avoid the nasty few that bring their attitudes to work. I happened to unavoidably catch one of the few on shift that day and I had to ask them for help with some activity on my account that was confusing to me.
