Worst experience with a bank ever. Alison, was extremely rude, and condescending to an elderly customer, and treated her like she couldn’t possibly know what she was doing. (This woman has a whole financial team looking out for her). Terrible customer service from a bank that was once known for their small town service. Incredibly disappointing.
The staff at the Woodstock branch of Mascoma Bank are unmatched to any bank, locally or otherwise. They know what they are doing, especially Alison and Dan. I have banked with numerous other bank companies and have not always had positive experiences with staff knowing how to handle certain transactions. Woodstock's Mascoma Bank has met all of my transactions with ease. The staff are also always pleasant, kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this branch to all.

I wanted to express my dealings with the Woodstock branch. They are a wonderful group you have , very knowledgeable and friendly. I went to set up a money market account and before I left I decided to switch my checking account from Bar Harbor Bank. The Branch manager (Alison Gaffney) walked me through the new on line banking service and signed me up before I left. I can tell the staff enjoys their job and each other. I'm looking forward to dealing with Alison and her team going forward. Job well done Woodstock .
