Excellent bank.
This bank "runs hot and cold". In my case, they seem to have forgotten how to respond to call-back requests--in this case from TWO WEEKS earlier; answering e-mails (24 hours); answering a second phone call; or the courtesies associated with doing business in a timely and productive manner. I'm guessing that you have to be standing right in front of them to find satisfaction.
I've always had great customer service in Enfield. I think all the tellers have great understanding and knowledge of their jobs. I was treated with kindness and enjoyed all the smiling faces. Thank you Mascoma bank in Enfield NH. You are appreciated! Keep up the good work.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Two staff members, do not have their names because I was refused business cards and the manager who did give me her card were all unprofessional and rude. Atm did not disperse my money and they immediately become defensive and refuse to give me help or even look into the situation. Will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.
Very welcoming from the moment I opened an account to now these many years later. Focus is on service and professionalism with lots of cordiality woven into every interaction. It's like Cheers without the alcohol...everyone knows your name. Calls are returned promptly too!
