The worker with the 250th anniversary license plate is very rude. Go figure
Freya and the two young men that helped my mom and I today were so helpful, kind, and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. They made things simple, and were very knowledgeable. They are an asset to have as employees at Mascoma bank. Thank you all so much!
Staff are nice enough, but I waited 4 weeks for a debit card that never got ordered. Found out by calling customer service that they print them on site and I am supposed to "request" one because "checking accounts don't automatically come with a debit card." This is 2025.
Not helpful at all won't be going back to this location ever.
