This is my favorite Mascoma branch! If I have any problems, I always come to this branch and everyone is helpful and kind! Much appreciation to all of the staff here! 🙏💛
Terrible customer service. i moved out of the area and they won’t open my safety deposit box ( i lost the key) without me present so i added a friend to the account and paid the $200 drilling fee. the bank had never contacted her for an appointment time. this is now 2&1/2-3 months of waiting. No contact at all! Then i’m on hold for 25 minutes and they drop the call on me. Terrible irresponsible customer service. Isn’t there a supervisor somewhere?!
