I'm a Realtor who handles a lot of short sales. I spoke to Mascia Law Firm and thought their short sale service could offer some value to my short sale clients and help with my workload...boy was I wrong! These folks are extremely incompetent and unresponsive. They allowed one file to be closed in Equator because they didn't complete a task on time. On another file, they verified receipt of documents only to admit nearly three weeks later the documents were not received at all and the file made no progress during that time. ... read more

I'm so glad I decided to get help short selling my house. I felt very informed, supported, and taken care of through the process, especially when compared to friends of mine who did not use a lawyer or blindly trusted their Realtor.
