We moved to Maine from CT. In CT there was a large Indian population and many grocery stores, so it was surprising to us to have to drive so far for products we used to acquire easily. The owner was telling us that he makes special trips out of state to acquire many of the products, and we appreciate that effort. We're very happy to have a store that sells the products we are so used to from our time in CT and visiting family in India.
15 years ago, I started to use henna for an affordable, healthy, hard-to-attain red color for my hair. This was the first place I was able to find it in person and I've been coming back ever since. The results are amazing and the manager is friendly, helpful and never made me feel bad for my inexperience with the products. I cannot recommend them enough!
