Went in to Ma's attempting to do my taxes. She seemed rude from the get go, gave us a bad look and didn't even greet us. Asked if we had an appointment, I said no, (mind you she had not a single customer) and said she was extremely busy and her schedule was booked. she then asked if I had been there before, I said no but I can make an appointment, her response was, "well I'm not taking any new clients right now and I dont think I will have another appointment any time soon."
