Not safe for any animals! This placed is trashed. Tony, the owner, is lazy. Annie, the employee, is always sitting, and talking about all her narcotics. They told me to bring my dog's bed, and Annie never put it in his cell. I feel so bad for the homeless dogs they house. They won't give them attention or find them a home. I know all this because my daughter works there! >:(
