New leadership. Simply saying that "change can be difficult" reframes the criticism as resistance to change rather than acknowledging concerns about the organization's culture under new leadership. Claiming that decisions were made to support a "strong, sustainable future" and align with "best practices" does not explain what specific changes were made, why they were necessary, or how they have benefited residents and staff. My doctor is in Mary's woods. She works for Providence which I've had excellent care from for six or seven years now. They're going to quit providing insurance this year. Which is going to be difficult for me. They'll still provide medical care, but not insurance so I'm guessing I'll probably have to change my doctor.

My friend loves living here. The grounds are beautiful, well kept up. Feels tucked away even though it’s a very large complex.

I love this retirement facility. The grounds are beautifully kept. There’s a family of deer that hang out regularly too. It’s super clean. Inside & out. Very kind & helpful staff.
