I had an appointment for the 13th, then was offered a 4pm drop off the 4th. I took it. At 4:30, I was asked if 6:15 was ok. I waited some more. At 7pm, they showed up with pallets that would not work for my space (which I had sent photos of) and said they would have to return again.. By 8:30, I didn't want it anymore.
