We had a wonderful experience working with Marylou! From the beginning, she was patient and always willing to prepare different loan estimates based on various purchase prices. She thoroughly explained everything, especially property taxes, special assessments, and Mello-Roos, making sure I understood every detail. What impressed me most was her accuracy, all her estimates matched our final mortgage figures. She was truly on point from start to finish! Highly recommend her!

5 star all-around, been using Marylou for all my Filipino buyers and she never disappoints. She is always on point. She explains everything to them regardless they are first-time home buyers or experienced homebuyers. My last transaction with her closed a week ahead of schedule and our clear to close were ahead compared to our buyer’s clear to close.
