I needed to be seen urgently and they were helpful in getting my concerns addressed.
Dr. Reynolds gave me a thorough eye exam, was very friendly and professional. Staff was awesome. No waiting, got me an appointment quickly. Would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you all very much for all of your help.

The wait was a bit long.
I love that they are close to my home. The entire staff is friendly + professional, they take excellent care of their customers. The only drawback is the automated phone answering system. After selecting correct # for Hancock, existing patient non emergency, calling to schedule appointment, then sit on hold for 5 minutes - get a lady in Hagerstown.
