No waiting! Fast check-in via a kiosk- I like this but can see that some might have difficulty… Dr was pleasant, knew my history. The medical assistant was also very pleasant and answered my questions. I’ve been going here for years.

Love the doctor, optometrist, and staff. They take as much time as you need and explain everything. It is a fantastic practice!
After moving to WV, I needed to find a new optometrist. Maryland Vision Institute has a clinic in Hancock, MD, less than 10 minutes from my house. The onboarding process was very efficient, the staff courteous, and the exam thorough. I was very pleased with the process. Did have to pay for refraction exam, which is typically not covered by insurance. UPDATE: Second visit was just as good. Efficient, personable, thorough.
