This service is terrible new leadership is definitely needed. No one is addressing major issues such as bus shelters being used by people sitting there all day using drugs, smoking and using them as a public bathroom. Young people utilizing the seats meant for elderly and disabled riders. The MTA posted a sign that the bus stop on the corner of Fulton and Pennsylvania Avenue will be relocated on August 23rd to Clifton and Pennsylvania Avenue. You would think that this would be a simple process, but that is not the case.. I wanted to be sure that I was going to the correct stop so I checked the app before I left the house. The first bus did not stop, I called MTA to make sure that I was at the correct stop, the rep stated that was a stop and assured me that the next bus would stop, it didn’t. The 2 stars are for the employees that work with the public on a daily basis. I used the light rail as an option versus driving to the Orioles game. I parked at the Falls Rd lot which was clean and quiet. After getting on the light rail, I was informed that service was stopping at North Ave. There were no notifications online. I then had to take an overcrowded standing room only bus to the stadium. After the game, I headed to the light rail stop at the stadium. The train kept updating to later times.
