Cannot find a way to talk with someone. This is so typical of living in a democrat state.
I spent literally hours on the phone with them trying to clarify a letter I was sent that states I owed property tax and there was a lien on the house. I truly believe the woman on the phone was drunk! She was very slurred. They argued back and forth with me about not paying when I clearly had. Stating recent “ improvements” I made on the home. Incompetent dept needs federal oversight.
Are Zero Stars possible ???? Important Helpful Note - If you have questions or issues DO NOT try to contact them over the phone. If it is ANYWHERE close to tax season you will get "we're busy" recordings and if you do get through the people answering the phone can help with only the MOST SIMPLE issues. YOU MUST make an appointment at your local tax service office (mine was in Towson) and there you have a fighting chance.
