From coming to get a relaxing appointment to letting her know what needs help from getting beat up at my job she always has an answer and follows up with recommendations for outside of her office too! 1000% recommend

I have been seeing Kristy regularly for months now and I can’t express how much her services have helped me. I am a breast cancer survivor and suffer from lymphatic issues. I originally sought her services for lymphatic issues and her massage therapy has truly helped but she also taught me more and provided helpful tips that I can do myself at home. She truly cares and listens to her patients.

Kristy is the best. I needed lymphatic massages after post-op. Not only are the massages great, she is also informative. She explains what techniques she uses and why. Kristy answered my questions about what I needed to do at home to ensure I was doing the right thing. Its been 8 weeks and I'm still booking my sessions. Love her!!

Kristy has been my masseuse for the last seven years. She has worked with me to find relief from the misery of RA & fibromyalgia. Previous masseuses have only exacerbated my distress. She has also identified areas I need to have seen by my PCP. She is attentive to my complaints of the day and l always leave feeling like butter. I’d see her every week if I could afford it. It really needs to be part of my insurance’s formulary.
