I called over 2 years ago and still haven't heard back left voice mail waste of time
Parts people very good and knowledgeable
Good customer service from the service department. Very helpful. Our new street sweeper been a nightmare, but they have been helpful with trying to remedy the situation.
Called Maryland Industrial Trucks to repair a forklift. They overcharged and promised to call back next day to order my parts. They never called me and simply charged my credit card $300 for a 5 min look at a forklift. NOthing got done! RIP off
