I worked with this company to secure fund to purchase and rehab a property in Washington DC. I submitted all documents requested, everything went smoothly and finally we reached an agreement for the fund amount (%) , interest rates and terms. I accepted the agreement and everything was fine until they changed their mind and comeback with anew agreement.
