Unreal how neglectful these people are. What are they even paid to do??? I’ve been up there every week for two months getting my redetermination handled and keep getting told I missed my appointment or I don’t have an appointment and being told by the woman in the front that no one will see me and my Benefits don’t close only for them to close how much stress can one endure when they’re doing their part completely right only to be never called or contacted for an appointment by Dhs and dismissed in person after waiting a hug... read more

Hate going here. Always ppl fighting or trying to sell you drugs! I just don't answer or pay any attention to those yelling trying to makes a sale

They keep scheduling me phone interviews and no one calls me. I’ve had 5 phone interviews scheduled and then reschedule because NO ONE CALLS ME…then they send you at email stating you missed your appt. They have zero accountability and just push the blame around on each other. The workers act like they giving you benefits outta their own pocket even though I’m pretty sure they receive them as well. ATP shut the whole building down.
