They are truly making people who are already struggling with life in general worse than it needs to be. It seems that the “case workers” are not qualified and are unable to do the jobs. They need go back to in person redetermination interviews and hiring actual social workers, so that people don’t have to have their case closed because they lost the paperwork. You will definitely have issues with this office when you submit documentation , it doesn’t matter if it is in person, by email or through their portal, they will still say that they did not receive it, which is very nerve wracking especially when you did what you was supposed to do. If you have a phone interview they should go over the information with you to verify whether they have everything they need. I don’t know what the problem is but they need to do better so that people can get the resources they need, instead you ... read more
