Let me start out by saying that Susan is one of the most honest and fair mediators that I have ever worked with. I did not always agree or love what she had to say but she always met me where I was to come to a healthy outcome. Susan helped me lead a postive path during negative times. Susan always answered the phone or got back to me very fast. I felt she was positive to both side of conflict and was a good listner. I would highly recommend here is the future.

Rude Facebook etiquette. If you can avoid mediation, do it. It’s just another way for the state to prop up small businesses to make sure they win and you lose.

Susan Saunders is the best parent mediator out there! If anyone needs help or guidance , support anything with visitations and more then you need to contact her and her team! She is the best of the best! She is professional and cares of what she does and without her this process would be impossible.
