I had a great experience with Maryam Soheilsayar @Notary Corp. I had an urgent situation during the Christmas holidays, and they went out of their way to help me. They were open, quick to respond, and made sure everything was completed in time so I could get my loan processed. Really kind and professional, I’m so thankful for their help!

These folks have absolute zero idea what they are doing, their receptionist is the absolute slowest person in terms of work and understanding people, not sure how these people are in business. When you get them on their own lies, they'll hang up in you. Our sale closed more than 2 weeks ago and they haven't paid the funds for the sale, blaming Canada Post and even their own staff, but ultimately, refusing to pay out the funds that is sitting in their trust account.
