I am so happy to work with the entire team especially Juliana and Eric by empowering me with techniques and exercises that help me tremendously. I feel so much better. All of the staff are very supportive and professional. I highly recommend them for the best care and support for recovery.
The most professional, encouraging, kind and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever had caring for me. My occupational therapist, Lacora, has been simply amazing. The entire staff feels like family and friends. Also, the location is great for me; only 8 minutes from home as opposed to 20 getting to the Mary Washington Hospital campus.
Erin was the receptionist that I scheduled my physical therapy with. As a former Mary, Washington employee I’m happy and proud to say that she met me with sparkling enthusiasm cheerfulness, and met all my scheduling needs in a very efficient and compassionate manner. In addition, the rest of the staff that I encountered during that time just in casual conversation was equally as cheerful and this is before they knew that I was a former Mary Washington employee so I suspect that they treat all their customers this way. Scott, Chris, Merit and Larissa took great care of me. I observed how the entire Spotsylvania Parkway team provided customized, attentive care to all their patients. This includes Mel and the front desk staff too!
