Edit: Reduced to 1 star. They billed me for services not rendered on 3 separate occasions. I would not recommend at this time any facilities in the MWHC network. I had a very good physical therapy experience here. I went for pain in my hip and within four weeks between my office visits and home exercise program my symptoms were almost nonexistent. I worked with Jacob and he did a very good job tailoring my exercise program and explaining the mechanics of the exercises and the way they’re impacting my muscle groups. Would def... read more
My shoulder pain is almost gone, and the difference in my shoulder mobility when I started is like night and day! Everyone on staff is great and happy to answer any questions I had. And they are right here in Ladysmith! I definitely recommend.
Such wonderful therapists there! They are knowledgeable and friendly and extremely supportive.
Ive had a great experience with everyone at the Mary Washington Ruther Glen physical therapy location and especially Therapist Randal Zubyk. He is quite a character and excellent at what he does. Ive been to several PT specialists for shoulders and knees previously but Randal seemed to get me on track faster and more effectively following a recent shoulder replacement, challenging and encouraging me, and I am grateful to him. He really knows his stuff. Highly recommend him!
The staff was wonderful with my 85 year old mom, they got her back on her feet in 4weeks and we are so grateful for the therapists Jacob and Randal and their expertise.
