A total waste of money - very disappointing. I booked a 6-hour deep clean at 39 weeks pregnant. After four hours, the cleaner had still not cleaned the surfaces in the kitchen - I ended up having to remove tea stain marks - or even picked up the hoover. I had been told by Mary that the skirting boards would be cleaned as I was too heavily pregnant to do them but the cleaner then said she didn't have time. I very rarely complain, but I feel we have been utterly fleeced. Don't use this service.
We are incredibly impressed with the service provided by your team. The cleaning was meticulous, with great attention to detail, resulting in exactly what we were hoping for. Additionally, the team members were both very friendly, making the experience even better. A big thank you to both your team and yourself for accommodating us on such short notice. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
