When filing for bankruptcy we were told it would make payments for 3 years. After making the payments for 3 years and asked when the bankruptcy was going to be discharged, we were then told what we owed was actually more even though no one previously told us about any type of increase and that our case was being extended for 5 years. The professionalism shown to me from the time we first spoke with Miss Taylor‘s by phone reduced my wife’s and my own level of anxiety concerning our financial hardship. our subsequent personal visits reduced them further and they have eventually been alleviated. Her staff is awesome! Answered all of my questions about my bankruptcy from 15 years ago. Because of sleazy debt collectors are now reporting charge offs to the IRS!!!
